Rates:
For the initial intake session, the charge is $175.00; for therapy sessions, the charge is $125.00 per session; for evaluations and assessments, the fee will depend on the type of requested evaluation. Please contact the office for the rates.
Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We will work with you to file your insurance forms. However, you are responsible for the copay and uncovered charges. Before your first session, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment AND fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a "No Show" fee of: $30.00 for therapy appointments; $50.00 for intake appointment; and $75.00 for evaluation appointments.
